I don't think that is true. If you buy a block of land because you know that it's going to be sought after within a short time frame why would you not just sit on it? I think that stellar is more of a find and sell company rather than a mining company and they appear to have a valuable asset. I'm sure some of the big boys maybe interested. Just my opinion.
