As an explorer obviously with taking away all those things, you are left with nothing other than the value of the assets and cash in bank, just like any other explorer without a resource.
Potential, nearology, pedigree etc. is were the extra value is allocated to a company, hence why I said, the market decides on the MC of any company.
But that is not what your investing in.
