Agree on the Property Bricks and Mortar strategy - totally!.
Yes it pays to take a gamble (I am a gambler -but try to cover that chance) on a go-ahead well managed Spec and that is always a gamble - So lets live with our chance here!
I also believe in solid based investments -and I mean solid. The big 4 and the BHP's of the world are rock solid -they go under - well forget everything.
I am not advising anyone here but connect that with Spec's and a diverse portfolio and you can cover your Spec losses -and as you would know Mak they certainly happen.
