Well it matters to me , if the current management are drawn into using their energy and time in becoming involved with a past MD's conduct at AJX , rather than using their energy and time on increasing the company's revenue - and resultant bottom line .
I lost money but prefer to move on rather than draw up muck from the past, there are no winners long term with that attitude.
Also NC suffered from a massive personal tragedy while at AJX , so a little humility probably should be considered before delving into the past.
