appreciate your reply, and i agree with your thoughts on governance. it could have prevented me a 6 figure loss...
and that right there is the issue. in my view my loss is substantial. if loss was suffered on a fair/even playing field then so be it. after reading the cycling article i am now not so sure. and i believe it could be worth investigating. if others feel the same then it could be time to assess our options.
a couple of old adages i feel are appropriate:
- those with nothing to hide have nothing to fear
- evil prospers when good people sit idle
Note: i do not want to harm Alexium (i am still a shareholder), and if it was incompetence that led to my/our losses then i will have to live with that. if it were more than incompetence then i would like to know and see what can be done.
