We'll go through your comments to see how ridiculous they are because of extremely poor research or understanding!

Guilty as charged. I caused the missed target of 18.5 M that was forecast in foundations.

For a starter, if, and I mean IF we have missed this figure after our upfront fees from the licensing deal, we won't have missed it by very much, so making a predicted target call of US $18.5 million 12-13 months out in our first year of revenue and getting even remotely close is an extraordinary achievement!

I am responsible for the military not purchasing Alexiflam.

Can you show me where the military said they aren't going to be purchasing our products once testing is finished? And I mean all the military, you posted some absolutely ridiculous comment the other day about why haven't we got the navy contract as NC has been doing all this lobbying, insinuating that what's been released is incorrect, here's the post you posted.

"This article can't be true because Nic Clarke is lobbying all the power brokers in Washington....right?"

The very very very easy thing to understand about this scenario is that our products haven't been tested in this arena yet, so how in the good lords name would you or anyone else think we should be part of this program, again if you believe we should be part of this program for some reason before we've been properly assessed for it I'd like to know why, there's only one reason to come to that conclusion, and that's by not understanding the process!

This was your next post on the subject.

"Has anyone questioned management about the article referencing the new flame resistant marine uniform that does not include Alexiflam? If Alexiflam is the flame retardant of choice by the US military then why is it not mentioned in the article?"

    Here's the answer to this!

This proves that these Nomex trials have been running since before our current FR uniform product existed.

"The new gear is the result of a lengthy search. The Marine Corps first issued a pre-solicitation for the uniform items in desert, woodland and coyote patterns and colors in early 2014. Since the Marine Corps collaborated with the Navy to create the new uniform updates, they will also be manufactured in Navy Working Uniform Type II and Type III desert and woodland patterns."

What this tells us is even if we are now the FR supplier to the military, it still takes time for our products to go through trials and to be tested on various material mixes and in various working environments, it's not a case of saying we're it and we start mass production today, we still need to be proven in all branches of the military, including the FRACU initiative, the live wear trials are either still running or just completed over the last few months, I'd assume all the data would then need to be assessed, so at the moment we still may not have supplied any uniforms to anyone except the trial uniforms (this is an assumption but I've read nothing from memory stating otherwise), are we the FR supplier, the answer is yes that our products are a go in at least the FRACU arena, however the old supplier is still probably supplying them until we get our fully assessed trial uniform results (being ex-military I can also nearly guarantee that the old stock will also be worn until it runs out of stock, they won't just throw old stock away).

    Cheers.

I am the person that caused the company to not be cash flow positive.

Again, I'm now of the opinion that if we aren't running from a cash flow neutral/positive position, then we must be extremely close to it, I'd be surprised after our Pegasus announcement if we've not moved into a cash flow neutral/positive position.

    And last but not least.

    I APOLOGISE.

I think understanding the research would be a better outcome than having to apologise, it's all available and easy to understand, the fact you don't understand the military process, yet try to use it as a negative against the company is in itself a reference to your knowledge of the company's performance in this area.

By all means have an alternative view, I and many others encourage it if it's got any logic to it at all, but like I said, if your going to have a shot at the company, at least try and understand what's happening in the space your posting about!

(Sorry Pinto, I just read your response while I was working on this)

    Cheers.
