* Post the announcement their will be no changes to our forecasts or valuation hence we retain our Buy and A$15.23 recommendation.

* We see three imminent price triggers.
1) a project update re-assuring shareholders on project delivery of its key projects (namely the EPC Lumwana project);
2) updated FY07 (December year end) NPAT guidance, as 1H07 NPAT of A$18m makes us comfortable that our projected A$39m full-year NPAT will be achieved; and,
3) a small to medium acquisition over the next three months in line with its March 2007 acquisition target statement of "at least one acquisition within 12 months".
