Thanks Hutchley & Tradersam,
I don't know what we could complain to ASX/ASIC about.
Unless the telephone conversations and meetings are recorded, we can not prove anything.
Management can only be brought to account on lack of late disclosure, and how is this proved.
After all we have, thru' Grant and others, found out about BLR's problems via elswhere not management, so all management have to say is it was not relevant or the facts were not known to make any announcements to the market.
How do we prove otherwise without a long drawn out fight which would be of no help to the share price or investor confidence.
Maybe management are trying to do right by us and perform all duties themselves to save us money, but it seems they do need additional assistance to perform their duties correctly.
Just my thoughts
Maybe it will work out OK in the end and the share price will go above what I and others paid for it. May even make a profit.
Early days in the BLR saga, hopefully.
Cheers
