Jakebrock, as I recall the contract with E.ON relates to purchasing minimum quantities on integrated mCHP units (from Glendhill?) to maintain exclusivity for the UK market. So if E.ON decide they don't require exclusivity then they don't need to buy even one unit. The only penalty is that they no longer have sole rights for the UK market for mCHP units.
