You come across as a swing trader and your logic is flawed. Posting nonsensical day trading pump and dump statements, is not what IBG Zinc needs.

If you believe in this project you would want it to be as under priced as long as possible to allow you to accumulate more shares. So if you are an investor, just buy more.

Pumping a stock does not help the end value, the market will find the correct SP if the EXIM is finalized. If you dont understand this basic fact, you have invested incorrectly.

This is a penny stock, there is no value until which time financing has settled. Then it will move based upon other mitigating factors like Zinc price, project costs etc.

The only thing an individual can do is invest an appropriate amount of risk and be patient. If or when EXIM is confirmed, the SP will take care of it self.
