he High Court of Kuantan today POSTPONED the hearing of an application by 7 residents of Kuantan to review the decision on the issuance of Temporary operating licence(TOL) to Lynas by the minister of Mosti. The Government attorney general(AG)'s office expressed their intention to object the application. Both parties (Governent and the residents) are to submit their affidavits before the date of hearing set at 29th Jan 2013.
