I dont see any of it as being a problem... raising any debt for a company with no revenues, no expected revenues no development makes any terms kind of irrelevant... as I always say debt is just leverage for the firm...
also I dont see the registry or number of options as an issue either...
the only thing you should really be focused on is when is WHN drilling, all other side issues will be taken care of If WHN can pull this off, penetrate the earths crust, and have a shot at riches for all.....
nothing else really matters IMO...
