It's another indication that drilling will proceed. You'd only recognise those costs in the accounts if they were reasonably likely to occur, and today's upgrade on the resource makes it even more likely still
Let's hope we get the confirmation and assumption of operatorship sooner rather than later, and perhaps then we'll start seeing some proper value shown in the shares!
