2. Break above initial 20 day High
3. DI+ has crossed above DI-
4. 14 day RSI has crossed above 50
5. 10day EMA has crossed above 20day EMA
6. Substantial increase in volume today
Needs to break above $0.525 initially. Resistance may be expected at $0.550 and $0.590.
Note: In March 2017 the volatility (10 day ATR) has been the lowest since 2003. A breakout from a period of very low volatility often leads to an explosive move.
