    Another astute move by TS strengthening CFEs position in a strategic asset in the grand plan for Tonkolili. If they buy Tonkolili the Chinese will be keen to get their hands on this coal to feed the power station/s that will supply the power to mine. I think Timis had an option to aquire all of Pinnacles interest in this so maybe this was Sages Xmas present from his good friend Frank. Pattersons previously said the $28mill con note was 25% of the company.
