I would say that the OPEX is more important than just looking at resource grade on its own
The BGF report of 16 March 2011 compares Uranium companies. OPEX for the companies is on page 11. Though Marenica is not the cheapest (it is also not the most expensive) the OPEX is expected to come down with todays progress report update, drilling results with this years remaining drilling results to come.
