    DOM - gearing is higher than the 50% - somewhere between 60 and 65%. Furthmore, if you look at their books you will find regular revaluations that contributed to the growth story. The unfortunate thing is that in the current environment they will not get anywhere near the values that are on their books - fire sale could do significant damage to their value ...
