    Centro have the problem, not the lenders, because its the lenders money. They have stated that they will not rollover their short-term loan. This means that Centro has to pay it back. If they cannot then they will be forced into liquidation and the liquidators will recoup whatever they can and give it to the banks (as no doubt they loaned the money on the basis of secured loan).

    Some here don't seem to understand that this is not about how much Centro's assets are worth and their long-term viability but their immediate ability to convince the banks or find alternative arrangements.

    On top of this the sharks are circling. Whatever happens it is going to be a long time if they stay afloat for them to reach their pre-dump price of $6.

    It's a high risk play. Could go bankrupt or you could double your money very quickly.

    The bigger picture here is that we have another casualty of the credit crunch. It looks like a tough time ahead for the general market but even more so any companies with high debt ratios.
