This deal looks great for SH's. The performance bench marks are all targeted at reaching commercialization and the dilution is minimal along with escrowed shares for 36 months meaning no foreseeable 'dumping' as these targets are met. I also like this deal as I believe it will reduce the finances required in the feasibility stages to prove that mining is economical as this is placed with St Georges if we decide to use there mining processes.
