A lot has been said about the broken ore in the Maxwells pit. I really doubt it that having one shot that has been fired and not yet dug is going to make a significant difference to the project. You are talking about 2-3 days digging of broken ore.
I agree that it is most unusual to leave broken ore in a pit, but that's about it.
