"The Company proposes to issue Alpha Securities Pty Ltd (and/or its nominee)
2,051,282 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company on the terms and conditions set out
in paragraph 9.3 below. The shares proposed to be issued pursuant to a consultancy
agreement between the Company and Alpha Securities Pty Ltd dated 27 April 2009 and
are in consideration of promotional services to be provided to the Company by Alpha
Securities Pty Ltd during the next 12 months to the value of $80,000. "
