I couldn't agree with you anymore Young Trader. Toro have got enough cash to keep them going for a while, but not enough to get to production (I believe) so yes a JV or some form of consolidation with the other 2 majors up there could be on the cards.
A takeover would be have to be at a much higher price but I really don't have my hopes up for this.
