No, as you say, they can't release market sensitive info without a a prior ASX release. And any new information is supposed to be released straight away.
However...titbits here and there are usually mentioned - such as updates i.e. India Feb. launch. Last webinar included that infamous "Adapt 200% growth July 17 vs July 16 in the US" morsel that got everybody worked up - until the last quarterly was released...
