So, 19.9% of LAC who have 50% of Exar (with SQM holding the other 50%), where stage 1 is 25 ktpa - what does this imply about valuation at Olaroz...?

And now LAC follow up with a 112m USD placement and offtake agreement to existing shareholder Bangchak Petroleum on more or less identical terms. This all lends further weight to the valuation - bear in mind, this is a risked valuation for a project yet to be built. Bear in mind also JEMSE have a guaranteed 8.5% ownership of Exar through the existing (Nov 2012) LOI.

SQM would be very pleased to have got half the project for just 25m last year...
