awful for awb

Decision in the courts today re: access to 'sensitive' documents is a disaster for the AWB. The class actions are being built as we speak. Unfortunately the average wheat grower is losing money because of this whole affair both in terms of reduced SP (for those silly enough to hold) and in likely pilfering of 2005-06 pool equities - and there could be a class action made out of this alone. I can't see how it can end in anything but receivership. There is no positive news out there at all.
