Now that WPL & COP think the deal has been closed, when do the new JV partners organise a meet & greet?
That would have to be majorly awkward.
How does the project move forward under these circumstances?
It must come to a grinding halt.
Someone is going to have to blink?
We can't possibly move forward until this is resolved.
