I have found this isn't a stock to watch on a regular basis and there isn't enough volume to read anything into the chart trends. I think it's more about how management position BPF to get maximum value from the business environment moving their IT solutions onto cloud.
How quickly is that industry shift to cloud happening..... I don't know, but it's without doubt the future and government IT infrastructure initiatives like the high speed broadband roll out definitely help.
