I've worked with Daniel Agostinelli (on the landlord side), in my view he is one of the best retailers in Australia (and has another handy retailer on his Board, in Brett Blundy). In his market update on Monday Daniel made it clear that his rental model will be based on a percentage of sales. He has great brands and good negotiation leverage, so the stores he retains will all contribute to net profit. If you're interested in a retail stock this is well worth considering as a long term hold (decent dividend as well as capital growth). I've been in since 2017 and intend to stay invested.
