I want more shares. If I’m to buy them, I’d rather the money goes into AXE’s war chest to advance their cause than into the pocket of someone selling on the secondary market. I’d be prepared to pay a small premium to do that, so the market price would need to dip a bit lower than $1.45 for me not to participate in the SPP.
