Thanks Geeris, okay so no on-market takeover occurring without us on HC noticing.
I suppose it doesn't rule out that maybe some large companies are giving AXE attention, perhaps waiting for a working prototype to be demonstrated before committing funding. There's no prizes for an executive at NVIDIA to acquire AXE at $1 instead of at $5, but there could be shade thrown to said executive or board member, and proponent of an acquisition, if it is acquired at $1 and then no working prototype ever eventuates.
