I had the same problem when Archer did the iTM share deal. When I finally got to speak to someone, (Co. Secretary) I was told I had to take Cash instead of shares in the new company because I was in NZ. I said I didn't want cash. This sort of issue has never happened in the past. They wouldn't change it and by the time I got the cash, I'd lost about a third of it in cost and tax....which my accountant told me cannot be recovered. He couldn't understand why they couldn't satisfy my wishes....that left a sour taste, as I was going to buy extra iTM on listing. By the way AXE has been trading since the announcement, I feel like there's more to come. As some others have said , is this something to say hold tight, something is in the air...IMO There's definitely interested buyers hanging around. Look forward to this next week
