Well if I recall, Simon did inform us late last year in a video/recording that they are looking for a new CEO, but that there's no particular urgency and that the emphasis is on finding the right person. I suppose you could say this about any employment filling that is delayed or postponed as a catch--all cover reason for why someone isn't already employed, but given that this is a very niche company in a very startup position and probably requiring special technical understandings and experience, it's probably fair to say that it would be a harder than normal CEO position to fill. Particularly with relatively limited budget.
