There are a lot more of them lately but again I'm assuming that's because the ASX has relaxed its procedures in favor of pushing more transactions through, even though it means that there will be a lot more odds and ends left over at the end of each trading day. Also, what I'm noticing a lot of lately is that if say I place a buy order for X shares at .085c, more often lately they will fill that order "for an average price per unit of .0859c. In the past I think you might have seen the deal done for an average price per unit of .0855 cents but .0859 cents is getting perilously close to overstepping their authority. But I think there is this change of approach because they're more focused nowadays on pushing more deals through because it means more money for them.
