Or maybe it is because the share register has expand nearly 40% with 2,800 new shareholders since the beginning of July. This coincides with it hitting the Marcus Today radar in the last week of June. In mid May I wrote to management and the board suggesting they need to engage the retail broking community. At the time the stock was suffering from fatigue from a lack of new money, opening on its' highs and closing on its' lows for 80% of trading sessions. Amazing what a couple thousand new retail investors can do to share price.
You can 'reckon','maybe','or' as much as you like but there is no 'big fish buying','potential cornerstone investor' or 'placement' (especially given they are about to give $10 million tax free to shareholders via a capital return) happening.
