i think in this instance you are best to look for confirmation.....even tho i bought the previous evening you'll find plenty of posts where i'm loath to be long xjo due to the bollox that gets pulled overnight but in this instance a lot of retail money was looking south in both spx and xjo and yet the divergence in both 21 day and 13 week said otherwise.....so just on those two anecdotal measures alone (puting aside the measures i use) i would have to say the swing favours longs...and yeah a punt and a whole lot of shaking....the question is whether you took the play based on technique of itself or a technique made to fit an emotive logic (as retail tends to do)
