    The company is majority owned by its directors. They'll probably hold on to it for life, as they pay themselves handsomely, and then some.
    Challenger only want the building, not the company. If they were to make a fair offer for the whole company, what's in it for them?
    Axiom is NOT an undiscovered company. All the industry players know them. With low market cap, the big problem is that trouble on any one of their projects could put them in a tight situation. Aside from poor liquidity, I don't think the market in this stock is as clueless as some are making it out to be.
    I certainly don't feel comfortable buying at this level, as I was previously pre-Covid when it had a number of potentially good projects in the pipeline.
    Could someone please explain the upside once World Park and Butler are off their books?
