    I'm expecting a continuation of payouts over the next 2 years of roughly half the current share price. This will come from the profit on the Butler project, the flow of profits from their Glenlea housing estate and residual 'defects liability' monies from World Park.
    Thereafter we only have one major project announced being the lucrative 62 Currie St. which will take some years to bear fruit.
