hi stockguru you ask where will the sp go if the appeal is successful? thats anyones guess. however is you look at where the sp was before it got messy it was in the 7-8 cent range with no vietnam results.
if the court case between axiom and summitomo didn't raise its ugly head we would have been in double figures 12-15 cents then throw in vietnam and north queensland to keep the sp firm.
after 2 long conversations with ryan and i thank him for his time i have learnt a couple of things and if you read some of my earlier posts i have written about them. once again i will highlight a few
1. the market is too fixed on the solomon island court.
2. the market doesnt understand the gold find in vietnam. its huge
3. the market also doesn't understand the range in north queensland.
4. bergen was needed to get summitomo to court.
5. we will win the appeal.
6. the next 4 months are exciting times

so if we align all the stars and the dice roll our way november should see us back close to where we left off
7-8 cents.by february 2013 double this.
before all the knockers come in and shoot me down this sp prediction is only my opinion but am happy to start a debate amongst us on this topic.
