In ryan email to me today he stated both the points you brought up: all projects still in focus (highlighted by recent appointments) and full steam ahead and most importantly funding was organised before litigation, for during and after both litigation and drillings. Whether it's with recent cap raisings or more investors in the pipeline, not sure.
Maybe others should call/email and ask more questions
