Also regarding SMM getting smashed in court over contempt, I would say an positive outcome there would be fantastic for AVQ, and the AVQ shareholders.
1. SMM would think twice (and hopefully cease and desist) with their campaign of misinformation and lies about AVQ (by the way, this is what the court case is about, so the SMM trolls here can't argue with that!)
- This would allow AVQ more time to focus on the task at hand, as opposed to fighting the fake news agenda of SMM
2. AVQ shareholders will have a win, in part because of AVQ's focus on the core business, and in part because we get to share in being able to celebrate yet another David and Goliath win. Good for morale.
So yes, I would say that its important what happens here, and yes, I'm looking forward to the win
