But let's get something factual, value in the ground, landowners and financial backing is not nothing of value, its called investment. Some investments take 10 years, still plenty see value and this is very unfortunate for SMM. Very unfortunate.

As for deflection, the result of the contempt of court will not affect Axiom at all, but it will affect SMM, in a big way, if it already hasn't. @wsDK_II, this is in no way a contradiction of what you said, however on reflection, you are on the ball, it would give me peace of mind as a shareholder.
