No they don't, need to be held locally, you may call it hiding, I call it shrewd, if it were in Perth or the Solomons, or HK, why not fly there, it's tax deductible.
The outcome of the AGM:

From what I read from the results of the AGM it would seem a clear outcome. Ryan Mount has a clear backing. As a mutual shareholder I wish you all the best, and IMO, with Ryan Mount our investment is in good hands. SMM would love to see the back of him!
