No they don't, need to be held locally, you may call it hiding, I call it shrewd, if it were in Perth or the Solomons, or HK, why not fly there, it's tax deductible.
The outcome of the AGM:
"In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2, Axiom Mining Limited (‘Axiom’ or ‘the Company’) announces that each of the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 30 March 2017 was passed on a show of hands."
From what I read from the results of the AGM it would seem a clear outcome. Ryan Mount has a clear backing. As a mutual shareholder I wish you all the best, and IMO, with Ryan Mount our investment is in good hands. SMM would love to see the back of him!
