All landowners are supporting AVQ, however SMM who appreciate the value of the resources that AVQ are currently in prime position for, are trying everything they can do to disrupt government processes, and persuade landowners to come to their side.
Thankfully, on the landowner aspect, SMM's conduct has been so dishonorable, so against the culture of the Solomon Islanders that they are regarded about the same as a cockroach.
However, the SI government is still the #1 most corrupt in the world (thankfully their prime minister is doing everything he can to rid the corruption), and SMM are trying to string out the process to leech AVQ of funding.
AVQ will win in the end, because the landowners (final say) have said yes to AVQ and no to SMM.
