Guys, lets boil this down to a few simple things.
1. Landowner support - Its hard to present a position where the landowners DONT support AVQ.
- Their petitions to the government to work with AVQ provides evidence to this fact.
- AVQs statements in their official announcements provide evidence to this fact.
- The rumors by the bulls here provide further support of this
2. Solomon Island Government Support
- Invited AVQ to apply for a number of different tenders / licenses / etc in the past
- Have attended AVQ lead and organised 2/3 day meetings to discuss pushing AVQ's business forward
- Have openly stated via press releases their support of AVQ (Prime minister in 2016 as an example)
- Am working with AVQ, to both present evidence of contempt of court and malicious activities against SMM (current court action)
3. Solomon Island Government Intention
- Seem to be working with AVQ on their PLs and MLs, as well as SAAs, and other aspects requried by AVQ
- Have not really provided any iron clad indication of their intentions
4. Operating Cash
- AVQ seem to be able to make $$ appear out of thin air when they need it.
- AVQ's top 20 have not gone anywhere, still strong support of AVQ
- Indications seem that the RI will be participated in by retail and institutional investors
- 21-day review by ASIC of AVQ with no adverse findings, apart from telling AVQ to be more transparent (a win for everyone)
So from what I can see, the Landowners support AVQ, and so does the Government....but at the same time, the government need to put their money where their mouth is, and sign some damn forms. I believe the only reason they have yet to do this, is they are concerned SMM would initiate court action on the smallest detail, so they are taking their time to make sure every.single.thing.is.perfect.
Regarding the Operating Cash, this should be solved by the RI but then also Ryan can magic some more $$ as / if required, so not too concerned about that.
