    That's probably a reason why it's trading so low.

    Investors want management that stick to timeframes with minimum dilution.

    ( both of those have not happened thus far )

    Not to mention a CEO that actually has experience In the sector in which the company he is leading is in.

    GLTA I hope this shipment happens or else it may break through the 5c support
