This is RM's track record.. Spent over $12M on Kolosori (check the Qtly Reports) on tenements which the company was ultimately found not to own. Said that the company would be financed and in production a year ago and now shows no sign of being anywhere near production a year later. Drilled at San Jorge and 10 months later no mineral resource has been announced despite claims nearly a year ago that a mineral resource would be defined. RM has raised lots of money, significantly diluting shareholders and the majority of that money has been spent on his salary, overheads and legal fees. Very little of the funds raised have actually gone into developing the only project which is the company now owns (San Jorge - one modest drill program). For this track record of over promising and non delivery the shareholders of AVQ pay RM over $1M a year. In junior companies it is all about outcomes and there have been precious few positive outcomes for AVQ in the last 3-4 years.
