In the event that Buy Back is approved by Shareholders pursuant to Resolution 1, the Buy Back Shares will be transferred to the Company and cancelled in accordance with the Corporations Act.
Upon completion of the Buy Back and cancellation of the Buy Back Shares, the total issued capital of the Company will be reduced by 14,268,989 fully paid ordinary shares, resulting in a total issued capital of the Company of 70,974,845 ordinary shares only.
