Not quite  - I may be wrong, but what you have there is the copyright dates which I would believe to be the date at which CNES / Airbus, DigitalGlobe stitched it all together.

However having a look at the full story we see Imagery Date: 9/10/2017 for the area, and this is I believe was what was stitched together.

So, as I said: without a recent date and without a proper update from Axiom I am not convinced one bit as to substantive progress.
