Agree - the US law firms have been looking drum up business... what gives me some confidence is they could only find less than 1000 cases out there. considering the large population we are are talking about, i think you could easily find the similar heart attack occurrence, if you looked for cases (on a self selected basis) among an other drug taking population or in any general population for that matter... ie a random occurrence.
